Start with one real email
Follow up on a proposal, answer a customer or ask for an update. Tell the tool who the email is for, what happened and what you want them to do next. Add the tone and length you prefer.
From brief to ready-to-review email
- Open Email Drafter and add your brief, or use the sample.
- Create a Free account and verify your email. Keep using the same browser and device to restore your brief, which expires after 24 hours.
- Review the current credit cost, then choose Run to generate the complete email.
- Check the facts and tone. Copy it, download it or choose Save to keep it in My Work. History is automatic and expires after 30 days; Saved Work keeps a separate copy until you delete it within your 100 MB allowance.
A useful starting brief
“Follow up with Alex about the website proposal I sent on Monday. Ask if they have questions and offer a 15-minute call next week. Keep it friendly, professional and under 120 words. Include a subject line. Do not invent a price or meeting time.”
You stay in control
Nothing is sent to your recipient automatically. Review the email before you use it: AI can make mistakes. Use facts you are comfortable sharing with the service and avoid including unnecessary personal or confidential information.
