Using the service

By using Ali Pro, you agree to these terms. Use the service lawfully and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in details secure and contact support if your account may have been compromised.

Adult access

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ali Pro, including public utilities, accounts and AI functionality. By using the service, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement. We do not require a separate age-confirmation checkbox. You are responsible for your use of the service, the material you submit and how you use or rely on results, subject to applicable law and the other provisions of these Terms. Do not use the service on behalf of a child or share your account with anyone under 18. Nothing in this provision excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you do not meet this requirement, you can still contact support, manage or cancel an existing subscription, and request account deletion. Contact support@ali-pro.com if you need help.

Your subscription and access

Your selected plan determines tool access and credit allocation. Tools use configured AI models; availability can depend on your plan and provider support. Ali Pro does not include separate subscriptions to provider apps, every AI model or unlimited usage.

Current prices, billing currency, billing frequency and available plan changes are shown in the app before confirmation. Paid subscriptions renew according to the terms shown when you subscribe unless cancelled. Manage available subscription actions in Account.

Credits and tool runs

Free accounts receive a one-time signup allowance. Paid plans receive a monthly allocation, including with annual billing. Tool runs use the stated number of credits. Top-up credits are separate from plan access. Review the cost before starting a run.

A tool marked unavailable cannot be run. A completed result is needed for export, and supported formats vary by tool. Keep copies of work that you need beyond the workspace’s history.

Your content and AI output

You must have the necessary rights and permission to submit content. You retain any rights you already hold in your inputs. Processing your request requires the service and relevant providers to handle that content.

Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other users’ outputs or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review and verify them before use. Medical, legal and financial drafts require appropriate professional review. No guarantee is made that an AI output qualifies for exclusive copyright protection.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, evade access controls or disrupt the platform. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse or a security issue, subject to applicable law.

Cancellation, refunds and support

Cancelling renewal does not itself refund a previous payment. See the refund policy for the existing commercial policy and how to request review of a payment or credit charge. Contact support@ali-pro.com for help.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or limits responsibility where the law does not allow it. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory right, that right takes priority. Updates will be published on this page.
