Getting started

Explore the tool directory and use free browser utilities without signing in, including their results and downloads. AI tools require an account: sign in or create your free account, then verify your email. The app returns you to your selected tool after sign-in.

Open Create to start with a brief or choose Images & Photos, Video, Voice & Audio, Content Creation or Documents & Presentations. Writing, research and business tools remain in the catalogue. Suggestions do not spend credits.

Plans, models and credits

Free signup credits are a one-time allowance. Paid plans receive their stated monthly allocation even if the subscription is billed annually. A top-up adds a separate credit balance; it does not unlock tools outside your plan.

Use Automatic or choose a compatible model in the app. Check the current credit cost before running it. Ali Pro gives access inside its workspace, not separate provider subscriptions or every AI model.

Running a tool

Complete the required fields and start the run. Longer tasks can take more time. Review the result before using it, and check History for previous runs. A locked tool requires an eligible plan; a tool marked unavailable cannot be run.

Saving and exporting

History records your activity automatically and keeps content for 30 days. Save retains the actual result in your account until you delete it. Saved Work includes 100 MB of storage, including retained files and previous edited versions. If it is full, delete unwanted saved items before saving more.

Open Saved Work to search, preview, edit supported originals, download, share or delete. Studio exports include PNG, PDF, Word, PowerPoint, audio and completed MP4 files. Available formats depend on the tool. Sharing or downloading creates a copy outside Ali Pro.

Billing and cancellation

Use Account to review your subscription and available management actions. View payment records in Invoices. Review the displayed price and timing before confirming a plan change. Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.

Something went wrong

Check History before repeating a run, so you do not start a duplicate task. Report an incorrect tool charge from Wallet. For access or payment problems, email support with the relevant reference and error message.

Account security

Account lets you change your password and sign out all devices. If you cannot sign in, use the password reset link on the sign-in page.

Photo Studio

Choose a photo style, upload the requested reference photos and review the quoted credits before generating. Starter and higher access supports full PNG downloads. Save a completed photo, then choose Animate to use a compatible image as the opening frame of a video. Downloading or saving an existing result does not create it again.

Image-to-video and finishing

In AI Video Creator, upload an image or select an owned compatible image from Saved Work. Add motion instructions, select portrait or landscape and 4, 6 or 8 seconds, then review the credits and provider consent. Your reference is privately retained for that task. AI can change visual details, so inspect the completed clip.

Save useful media and open Video Studio to arrange up to 12 scenes and 60 seconds. Trim clips, add scene titles and timed subtitles, and choose one saved audio soundtrack. Save the editable timeline or export a 720p MP4 up to 24 MB. Manual editing and export use no AI credits.

Voice, music and dubbing

Voiceover uses a reviewed script and built-in AI voice to create a WAV file. Music offers a clip or song from your brief. Listen before reuse, download or save the result, and review a separate quote for any further AI generation. These tools do not clone your voice.

AI Dubbing accepts a saved recording with speech up to 60 seconds. First create a timed transcript and translation. Review the words and timing before separately generating the voice track. Download the WAV and subtitles, or use supported media in Video Studio. Dubbing uses built-in voices and does not promise lip synchronisation.

Voice to Text accepts recordings up to five minutes and 25 MB. Sign in with a verified account on Starter or higher, check availability and the credit quote, then upload and transcribe. Review names and technical terms, download the text or keep an edited copy in Saved Work.

Saved Work, assets and Brand Kit

My Work opens Saved Work: results and editable originals you choose to keep. Asset Library is another view of reusable owned work, with compatible formats for each editor; it is not a second storage allowance. Brand Kit stores optional colours, logo, audience and writing guidance for supported editors. It does not guarantee identical AI results.

Saved Work has a 100 MB account allowance including previous edited versions. History and execution media have a separate 512 MB allowance and ordinary 30-day content retention. Download important files for your own archive. Keep source assets used by editable designs and timelines until you no longer need to edit them.
