Are the Word and PowerPoint files editable?
Yes. Word exports contain editable document content; PowerPoint exports keep text and images as editable slide objects. Fonts and line wrapping may vary in the application you open them with, so review the exported file before sharing.
How does PDF export work?
The PDF contains rendered page images that preserve the preview layout. Its text is not searchable or selectable. Choose Word, PowerPoint or plain text when you need editable or extractable text.
What happens when content is too long?
Documents flow across A4 pages, with each section starting on a new page. Slides keep a fixed widescreen layout. If a slide overflows, the editor asks you to shorten or split it before export.
Can I use Arabic text?
The editor supports right-to-left direction, alignment and Arabic-capable system fonts. Check the preview and exported file for mixed-language layouts.
Can I import an existing Word, PDF or PowerPoint file?
You can retain these files as saved attachments, but the editor does not import their existing layouts. Start from a template or bring in saved text and images.
Does editing use AI credits?
Manual editing and these exports use no AI credits. Sign in to save your work. Generating new writing or images is a separate action with its own credit quote.
How much can I keep in one document?
A document or deck supports up to 40 sections or slides and 20 distinct saved images. Saved originals, images and the previous saved version share the account’s 100 MB Saved Work allowance.
